The General Academic Strand focuses on general subjects, just like what its name suggests. Not focusing on any specialized subjects is what makes this strand's focus on a general approach in preparing its students for college, which in turn, will give the students more freedom to weigh their options in choosing a career. This strand would be of great help to students still undecided at which career to take.
