Melchora Aquino High School joined an infomercial music video making contest hosted by the Quezon City Anti Drug Abuse Advisory Council, in making an informational video in honor of celebrating Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Month last October 18, 2022, with the theme “Itono ang Buhay Tungo sa Mabuting Kalusugan”.
Melchora Aquino High School is one of the 24 Senior High Schools that registered to join the contest with the hopes of entering the Top 10. Everyone was invited to support the school. The Awarding Ceremony for the contest was held last November 26, 2022. And sadly, Melchora Aquino High School wasn’t able to enter the Top 10.
But still, MelQuinians were proud. Even without an award, MelQuinians were still winners for they are able to spread message and educate the masses with the help of the infomercial video that they made.
